Good morning CMS

Lunch today is Pulled Pork Sandwich on a Bun, Cooked Carrots, Mixed Vegetables and Milk.

Breakfast tomorrow will be a variety of Breakfast Pizza.

The track team completed their season Saturday at Lafayette Jeff competing against 9 other schools on a windy day.  Placing for the team was Preslei Lazzell, Sarah Sowers, Haley Rottmann, Sophia Scott-Musa, Arya Chadd, Kayley Lewsader, Aleea Hernandez, Mackenzie Hauck, Abby Webster, Keith Drummond, Marquess Osborn, Logan Hauck, Michael Norton, Silas Russell, Blaine Olson, Grayson Vedder, Riley Beck, Lyric White, Wyatt Coffing, and Javy Sowers.  Several had their best times of the year.  Great job this season!

For 8th graders- Girls Basketball call out Tuesday, May 14th at 11:20 in Mrs. Kight’s room (upstairs in the HS room 212).

The Covington Crazy Clovers 4-H Club will have their next meeting Tuesday, May 14th at 6:00 in Miss Davis’ classroom.

The summer schedule for boys basketball (Incoming 7th grade – Incoming Seniors) has been handed out?  Anyone still needing a schedule should contact Coach Morgan. 

We will use SportsYou for ALL of our summer communications.

The CMS Awards Program will take place on Thursday, May 23rd at 9:00am in the MPR. 

Students may be signed out by their parents at the conclusion of the program; however, students may not be signed out by anyone else. If your child is planning to leave with someone other than a parent, we are requiring a signed note (not a phone call) be sent in by Wednesday, May 22nd.

*Before students leave on the 23rd, social studies projects must be turned in.

All Middle School library books were due last Friday, May 10th.  If you need a book to read, you will have to borrow one from your teacher’s classroom or the public library.
