Covington High School Announcements

• Any freshman or sophomore interested in learning more about FFA, report to the annex ag room during HOMEROOM Wednesday.

• There will be a wrestling call out Thursday at 11:20 in the wrestling room for any student interested in being on the wrestling team this season.

• FYI – The weight room is open in the mornings on Mondays & Thursdays from 6:45-7:30 am.

FCA will be having Fields of Faith Wednesday, October 11th at 6pm in the MPR.  Come hear our students share in music and testimony.  It will be a positive evening.  Hope you can make it!

Doug’s Studio will be here from 11:00 A.M. to approximately 12:45 P.M. on  Tuesday, December 5th to take senior portraits.  These pictures are for the yearbook, wall composite, and announcing graduates in the newspapers.  Please be sure to dress appropriately (guys in collared shirts and ties and girls school appropriate).  If you are absent that day, you will need to contact Doug’s Studio to set up an appointment to get your picture taken.

Danville Area Community College is bringing Family Science Night back this fall!Have you ever wondered why hot air balloons float and submarines sink? Come to Family Science Night at DACC to find out the answers to these questions and many more.
